Please be prepared to pay the application fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) as outlined in the property listing. Any person 18+ years old will be required to complete a separate application and submit a non-refundable application fee of $50.00.

In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income

By completing this application process, you agree to undergo a credit check, criminal background check and rental history.

• Required credit score must be 600+.

• Income requirements of 3 times the rental rate. 

• Reasons for denial include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-qualifying credit score

  • Outstanding previous landlord debt

  • Felonies

  • Repeated eviction filings

  • Debt ratio exceeds income

  • Repossessions

  • Bankruptcy in the last 7 years

  • Providing false or incomplete information on your application

  • A bad attitude or aggressive demeanor towards our team members before, during or after the application process. 

 

To complete the rental application, you must be prepared to provide

• 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.

• Proof of monthly income covering 2 pay periods, and/or other proof of income such as SSI, Alimony, Pension, other other sources of provable income.

• Valid State issued ID and Social Security number

ALL PROPERTIES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you are approved for a property, you will have 48 hours to secure the property or we will offer it to the next approved applicant.
