If the property participates in the RENTLY Lock-box self-guided tour, please visit Rently.com for additional instructions or click here.  Properties that are KEY CHECK-OUT ONLY, can be viewed by key check-out at our office located at 527 North Avenue, Rock Hill, SC from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 on Friday. To check out a key you will need to provide your ID and a $10.00 deposit (refundable).

If the listed property is indicated by a *, this property requires the HOMES OF HOPE APPLICATION. *ONLINE APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THESE PROPERTIES – Please note that these properties have slightly different guidelines as they are income restricted, determined by total household occupancy. To determine if you initially qualify, please complete the tenant income worksheet found here, to calculate your gross annual income. All occupants will be listed on one application for the Homes of Hope program. For additional information on these requirements, please contact allison@firstchoiceproperty.net. 

For all other properties, please complete the online application associated with the property on the VACANCIES page. Each adult must submit a separate application with a non-refundable $40.00 application fee (cash or money order only).

For ALL applications, anyone listed 18 or older will require a $40.00 non-refundable application fee (cash or money order only). We conduct a rental verification, credit check and criminal background check on each adult. Standard income requirement is three times the rent rate. We prefer that applicants be with current employers for at least 12 months.
