Properties that are KEY CHECK-OUT ONLY, can be viewed by key check-out at our office located at 605 North Avenue, Rock Hill, SC from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 on Friday. To check out a key you will need to provide your ID and a $10.00 deposit (refundable).

For all properties, please complete the online application associated with the property on the VACANCIES page. Each adult must submit a separate application with a non-refundable $40.00 application fee (payable online).

 

For ALL applications, anyone listed 18 or older will require a $40.00 non-refundable application fee (payable online). We conduct a rental verification, credit check and criminal background check on each adult. Standard income requirement is three times the rent rate. We prefer that applicants be with current employers for at least 12 months.
