If you meet the requirements and criteria, we encourage you to browse our available properties under the "AVAILABLE PROPERTIES" page. If you would like to view a property in person, we conduct in person key check-outs.
Visit us at 605 North Avenue between 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday through Thursday or 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Fridays.
Please keep in mind we are closed on weekends and major holidays.
To conduct a key check-out, please be prepared to provide a photo ID and a $10.00 (refundable) key deposit.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you are approved for a property, you will have 48 hours to secure the property or we will offer it to the next approved applicant. Security Deposits and First Months rent must bein certified funds.
